As the founder of Safai Law APC, a full service immigration law firm. Sarvi Safai is well versed in matters related to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Executive Office of Immigration Review and the National Visa Center. Attorney Sarvi Safai was born in Orange County but raised in Iran by immigrant parents. Watching her parents go through the US immigration process, she knows what it means to be an immigrant in the United States and how important the process is to her clients.

To pursue her career goal, she obtained a Bachelors of Arts from the University of California Irvine with a major in Psychology and a minor in Political Science. After obtaining her undergraduate degree she entered into and graduated from California Western School of Law.

Sarvi is a member of the state bar of New Jersey and also admitted to the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR). Prior to establishing her own law firm Sarvi worked as a Legal Researcher for a nationally known law firm for 5 years. Sarvi is fluent in English and Farsi.
